Cupcake Challenge and Paper Garden Projects Birthday Blog Bash Week 2

Bam!

I blinked, and just like that, my vacation day was over. However...... I did get to do a little playing and a little shopping. I also cleaned out my bedroom closet. I had a ton of stuff to get rid of that I can't wear anymore (and I am EXTREMELY happy to say it's because they are too BIG). Yea me!

I've got another 2 challenges in one card for ya today. There's the sketch challenge for Taylored Expressions, and Week 2 of the birthday challenges for Paper Garden Projects (this challenge was to use flowers, somewhere, anywhere, on your project). Flowers? I love flowers!!!!

I had a lot of fun with this card, but I can honestly say I wouldn't be looking forward to piecing together all that fencing again. I think I need to get my eyes checked, those pieces keep looking smaller and smaller.

Anywho, here's what's in todays bit 'o fun stuff:

Cardstock: Bazzill- Avalanche, Dandelion, Red Devil

DP: unknown

Stamps: Stamp Oasis- Garden Girl, Flowered Fence; Papertrey Ink- Mixed Messages (sign on fence)

Ink: Memento- Tuxedo Black

Markers: Copic & Atyou Spica

Nesties- Classic Circle

I used a white paint pen to add some little dots around the edge of the stamped image. After stamping and coloring the fence three times, I cut it out and pieced it together to fit across the card. I made a little sign to hang on the fence (it is actually hanging on the fence), punched a couple of holes in it, and tied a bit of hemp twine through it to look like some nice country rope.

I'm such a little kid, I could spend all day coloring.

Gotta run, want to work on a project- that's NOT a card!

See ya!
